Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Contractor to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness, contributing positively to the overall experience within our premises.Duties Perform routine cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Ensure all surfaces are sanitized effectively to prevent the spread of germs and maintain health standards Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products as needed throughout the facility Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent maintenance of all areas Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning activities to the relevant department Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly during all cleaning tasks Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supplies used for accountability and reporting purposes Skills Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning roles preferred but not required Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines accurately Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for sanitation standards Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Join us as a Cleaning Contractor and play a vital role in creating a clean, safe environment that supports productivity and well-being.We value your commitment to excellence and look forward to welcoming motivated professionals who take pride in their work!
