Must have no more than four (3) moving violations within the past 36 months and no more than two (2) moving violations within the past 12 months.. (No DUI / DWI or Reckless driving violations within the last five years) Must be able to pass a D.O.T. physical, pre-employment drug screen and road test Must provide valid names, addresses, and phone numbers of previous employers Must be able to perform all duties required to load and unload freight, perform pre-trip inspections and overall inspections.
