Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote relaxation Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and tailor treatment plans accordingly Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with professional standards Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns Manage scheduling, treatment flow, and client follow-up to optimize the overall experience Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by local regulations Proven experience with patient service, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively Knowledge of occupational health principles to support client well-being during treatments Ability to work independently as an contractor while maintaining professionalism and adherence to safety standards Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives!
