That’s how we run things at MaidThis Cleaning of Northwest San Antonio, and we’re looking for a few more independent house cleaners to join the crew. We’re not hiring employees. We’re partnering with great contractors who want steady residential, commercial and Airbnb cleaning work without giving up the freedom to run their own week. You pick the jobs that fit your life, we make sure there’s plenty of work to choose from, and the cleaners who show up sharp and consistent build a real living here. If you take pride in your work, communicate well, and want a setup that treats you like a pro instead of a punch card, keep reading. Here’s what you get You run your own schedule. We send you job invites through our app, and you accept the ones that work for you. No surprise shifts, no being on-call, no guilt for saying no. You earn $18 to $24 an hour with room to grow. Cleaners start at $18, move up to $21 once they carry General Business Liability Insurance, and can climb to $24 as they build a strong track record with us. We give you a 30 day grace period after onboarding to get the insurance sorted. You pick the jobs, not the clients. Every job comes to you as an invite through our app. If it doesn’t fit your week, pass on it with no questions asked. If it does, accept it and show up ready to work. The clients belong to MaidThis, but the decision to take a job is always yours. You get bonuses and steady work. Referral bonuses, 5 star review bonuses, and steady residential, commercial, and Airbnb work across Northwest, North Central, and West San Antonio. Weekend availability gets you more work We want to be upfront with you. Cleaners who work weekends see a lot more job invites. A good chunk of our residential and Airbnb turnovers happen Friday through Sunday, so weekend availability puts you at the front of the line for volume. If you can work weekends, mention it when you apply. Have a team or crew? Even better. If you already run a small cleaning team or have a partner you work with, we want to hear from you. We have jobs that need two or three people, and crews can knock out bigger homes faster and stack more work into a single day. Tell us about your setup when you apply. Who we’re looking for This setup is awesome, but it isn’t for everyone. We need contractors who treat this like the real business it is. You show up, and you show up on time . Once you accept a job, it’s yours. No last minute flake-outs. You hold a high standard. You notice the dust behind the toilet. You wipe down the baseboards. You leave a home better than the day the owner moved in. You communicate. You answer messages, give us a heads up if something comes up, and keep clients in the loop. You bring a positive attitude.
