Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Independent Insurance Agent to join our team.This role involves building client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and expanding our market presence through proactive sales efforts.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a customer-focused approach to help clients navigate their insurance needs effectively.This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a reputable organization committed to excellence in service.If you are not currently licensed we will help get you licensed with classes available and reimbursement of tuition.With a structured 12 week team training program and continued support with weekly trainings in place.If you are self starter that is highly competitive with a team oriented spirit and want to be a six figure earner in years two and three of this career please reach out.Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships within targeted markets.Provide personalized insurance consultations, explaining policy options and coverage details clearly.Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to meet their individual needs while ensuring compliance with company standards.Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up with prospects.Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products across various channels, including telemarketing and community outreach.Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and providing ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales strategies.Maintain knowledge of industry regulations such as HIPAA and other compliance standards relevant to insurance sales.Experience Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations.Self driven with disciplined work ethic.Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and explaining insurance concepts clearly.Previous experience in marketing, benefits administration, or customer service is advantageous.This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, personable, and eager to grow their career in insurance sales while providing valuable solutions to clients in a professional environment.Pay:$59,982.81 - $72,237.37 per year Benefits:Flexible schedule Tuition reimbursement Work Location:Hybrid remote in Hutchinson, KS 67502.
