ResiLux Home Cleaning is a professional residential brand serving Orlando’s high-end professionals, homeowners, and property hosts. We specialize in Signature Resets —high-detail, surgical-level cleanings. We are currently expanding our network of Independent Contractors who prioritize integrity and professional craftsmanship. The Partnership: We handle the marketing, client acquisition, and billing. You focus on the Reset. We operate on a transparent 50/50 split on all labor totals. Compensation & Logistics: $125.00 Minimum Payout per Reset: (Based on our $250 project minimum). Comprehensive Projects: Detailed deep cleans and move-outs frequently result in contractor payouts of $250 – $400+ . Weekly Pay: All payments are processed weekly via Gusto (1099). Keep Your Tips: 100% of client tips go directly to you. The Standards (The Work): Service Range: Standard Maintenance, Home Office Resets, Deep Cleanings, Move-In/Move-Outs, and Vacation Rental/Airbnb Turnover Resets. Add-on Services: 50% split on all scheduled add-ons (Laundry, Dishes, etc.). ResiLux Signature Checklist: You must follow our checklist for every service level to ensure a 5-star result. Documentation: Detailed before and after photos are mandatory for every project. Non-Negotiable Requirements: EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1.5 years (18 months) of proven residential or high-end turnover cleaning. INSURANCE: Active General Liability insurance is a MUST. You must add ResiLux Home Cleaning LLC as an "Additional Insured." INDEPENDENT: You provide your own professional cleaning supplies and reliable transportation. TECH-SAVVY: Smartphone required for photos, scheduling, and Gusto payroll. BACKGROUND CHECK: Ability to pass a standard professional screening.
