What You Bring to the Role 3–5 years of indirect lending, underwriting, or related lending experience Experience evaluating complex or high-risk loan scenarios Strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with external partners Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience A Preview of What Joining Us as a Indirect Loan Analyst Looks Like The Indirect Loan Analyst is responsible for advanced underwriting of indirect loan applications submitted through dealer channels. This role evaluates creditworthiness, identifies risk factors, and makes lending decisions aligned with policies and regulatory requirements. This position also serves as a subject matter expert, supporting underwriting staff and helping ensure consistency and quality in loan decisions. The analyst works closely with dealerships, internal lending teams, and funding to resolve issues and maintain efficient processing.
