Description:Position Overview:Indoor Lifeguards are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming aquatic environment.This role focuses on active surveillance, rule enforcement, and prompt emergency response while providing excellent customer service to patrons.Responsibilities:Maintain active surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas Enforce all pool rules, safety standards, and facility policies Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and rescues Provide first aid, CPR, and emergency care as needed Complete incident and rescue reports accurately and promptly Communicate professionally with patrons and address concerns Assist with opening/closing duties and daily pool operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck Qualifications:Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (required) CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (required) Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to remain alert for extended periods Why Join Us:Enjoy a flexible schedule, gain valuable safety and leadership experience, and work in a team-oriented indoor environment year-round.Requirements:Physical Requirements:Ability to swim, rescue, and perform lifeguard duties Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Ability to lift and assist patrons during emergencies.
