Job:Industrial Electrical / Controls TechnicianLocation:Western NCPay:$38 - $48 p/h (DOE)Bonuses:$1,000 sign on bonus plus further guarenteed bonusesShifts:Day Shift Openings // 2-2-3 schedule F&B Manufacturing Industrial Electrical / Controls Technician What you'll do Support and maintain high-speed automated beverage production lines, including Krones filling and packaging systems Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and automation systems across production and packaging equipment Program, modify, and optimize PLC and HMI programs to improve line performance and reduce downtime Diagnose faults within control panels, sensors, instrumentation, motors, and VFDs Work with Siemens PLC platforms (TIA Portal / Step7) to troubleshoot logic, update programs, and support automation improvements Support equipment installs, controls upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives on production lines Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve reliability and automation performance Maintain electrical documentation, parts inventory, and coordinate with equipment vendors when needed Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, and plant safety standards What we're looking for 3years experience in industrial electrical or automation maintenance within manufacturing environments Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and automated production equipment PLC programming and modification experience, ideally with Siemens controls platforms Strong electrical troubleshooting skills including motors, drives, instrumentation, and control systems Experience working in high-speed automated production environments Nice to have Experience working with Krones bottling or packaging equipment Siemens PLC programming (TIA Portal / Step7) Experience with ABB automation systems or drives Beverage, food, or aseptic manufacturing environments Familiarity with GMP and regulated manufacturing Benefits include Medical, dental, and vision coverage options Growth and development plans 401-K Life & Disability Insurance PTO Tuition Reimbursement Health & Gym Membership Discounts Apply Today:Send your resume to will.manning@acepartners.com INDMAIN Job Type:Full-time Pay:$38.00 - $48.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Vision insurance Application Question(s):Do you have experience with aseptic manufacturing?
