Job Description
Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs, and plumbing repairs, painting and prep, lift station repairs, Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems. Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance technician role. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong technical skills, including the ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience with electrical systems, including high voltage.
