We're looking for a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities across our manufacturing environment.This role is essential to keeping production running safely and efficiently while helping improve preventative maintenance programs throughout our facilities.If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working hands-on with machinery, and solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, this is a great opportunity to grow your maintenance career.What You'll Do Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, tools, and facility systems.Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.Support and improve preventative maintenance (PM) schedules and processes.Assist with inventory, stocking, and organization of maintenance tools and supplies.Operate equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, bobcats, and snowplows.Complete facility and grounds maintenance tasks including lighting, snow removal, and general upkeep.Assist with metal fabrication and welding projects as needed.What We're Looking For 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.2-5 years of light electrical experience.Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.Experience reading schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.Valid driver's license with ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic production environment.Lean/5S manufacturing experience is a plus.Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.with assistance.Comfortable standing, bending, squatting, and moving throughout the shift.Ability to work indoors and outdoors in non-temperature-controlled environments.Comfortable working around machinery, industrial materials, and manufacturing equipment.Why Join Us?
