Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Concrete Painter to join our team.This role involves surface preparation and application of industrial coatings on concrete structures in commercial and industrial environments.Responsibilities:Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, sandblasting, or pressure washing Apply coatings such as epoxy, urethane, sealers, and protective finishes Mix and handle paints and coatings according to specifications Operate tools and equipment including sprayers, rollers, and brushes Ensure proper safety procedures and use of PPE at all times Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and durability Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements:Previous experience in industrial painting, concrete coatings, or similar field preferred Knowledge of surface prep techniques and coating systems (epoxy, polyurea, etc.) Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, standing, climbing) Familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and work ethic Preferred Qualifications:Experience with commercial/industrial flooring systems OSHA certification or safety training Experience working on job sites or construction environments Benefits (if applicable):Health, dental, and vision insurance Earned time off.Overtime opportunities On-the-job training and advancement Schedule:Monday-Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Hours vary depending upon project This is a Temp to Hire position for the right candidate.For more information, give us a call at 207-474-5900.@WORK is an Equal Opportunity Employer & a Maine Family-Owned Company Pay:From $18.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s):Have you worked for @WORK in the past?
