Job Description Delta Star Inc. is seeking a driven and innovative Industrial Project Engineer to lead continuous improvement and capital investment initiatives within our manufacturing plant. As an Industrial Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of technical and process improvement projects that elevate safety, sustainability, and efficiency. You'll collaborate across departments to plan, execute, and deliver impactful solutions that align with plant goals and support our Operational Excellence roadmap. Your day will be filled with dynamic challenges, from designing technical solutions and managing CapEx projects to analyzing performance data and supporting cross-functional teams. You'll lead project planning, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless execution of upgrades and installations. Whether you're optimizing layouts or developing specialized tooling, your work will directly contribute to a safer, more efficient, and more reliable operation. Specific Duties Lead CapEx and CI projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with plant objectives. Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
