Temporary Wall Systems (TWS) – SF Bay Area is looking for an Industry Development Consultant to help us expand our footprint across Healthcare, Construction, Life Sciences, and other sensitive occupied environments. This is an ideal opportunity for a well-connected construction industry professional, healthcare facilities expert, retired executive, project executive, superintendent, facilities leader, or independent consultant who knows the Bay Area market and wants to monetize their network with complete flexibility. About TWS: We provide temporary containment wall solutions that help hospitals, laboratories, contractors, and facility owners perform construction in occupied spaces while minimizing dust, noise, disruption, and infection-control risks. Our solutions are commonly used in healthcare renovations, laboratories, data centers, pharmaceutical environments, and other regulated spaces. What We Need: We are seeking someone who can facilitate warm introductions and strategic relationships with: General Contractors with a focus on Healthcare, and other sensitive occupied spaces (Renovations, TI). Healthcare Facilities & Engineering teams Construction and Project Management firms Lab and Life Science organizations This is not a full-time sales role . We are looking for a trusted industry insider with strong relationships and credibility in the SF Bay Area healthcare construction ecosystem. Ideal Background: Retired and semi-retired professionals and former executives are welcome. 10+ years of experience in the Bay Area construction and/or healthcare industry Existing network across Healthcare, Labs, Mission Critical, or regulated environments Experience working with hospitals, healthcare engineering, OSHPD/HCAI projects, infection control, or occupied renovation projects is highly preferred Experience with General Contractors, healthcare builders, or specialty subcontractors preferred Compensation: Flat fee for successful introductions and meetings Ongoing commissions for business generated from accounts you introduce No cap on earnings per account Why this matters: TWS operates on a recurring rental business model . Once an account begins using our containment systems, projects often repeat across departments, campuses, and future renovations — creating long-term recurring commission opportunities.
