Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early literacy, math skills, social-emotional development, and physical activity tailored to infants and toddlers. Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play. Provide attentive care to meet the individual needs of each child, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as necessary. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining a positive behavior management approach to foster cooperation and respect among children. Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address any concerns related to child welfare or special education needs. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings; classroom management skills are essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development techniques, and early childhood education standards. Familiarity with classroom experience involving lesson planning for early learners across literacy education, math, physical education, and behavior management strategies. Minimum 12 ECE units required Infant/Toddler units required for Infant classroom positions Russian-speaking Teachers are preferred.
