JOB TITLE Influencer Affiliate Director LOCATION Must be based in or easily accessible to NYC. This role will be fully remote but will require participation in client meetings, events, brand activations, and pitches in person as needed. We specialize in helping prestige beauty brands build culturally relevant, high-performing social, influencer, and creator-led programs that drive both brand awareness and measurable business impact. JOB SUMMARY OGAKI is seeking an Influencer Affiliate Director to lead and expand the agency’s influencer affiliate and social commerce offerings, launching and scaling TikTok Shop services while supporting our existing ShopMy and affiliate partnerships for prestige beauty brands. This role will be responsible for developing creator affiliate strategies, managing affiliate and influencer partnerships, driving measurable commerce performance, and helping position OGAKI as a leader in the evolving social commerce landscape. The ideal candidate has deep experience across TikTok Shop, influencer affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and performance-driven social commerce, with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and creator ecosystem. This individual should be both strategic and highly executional, comfortable leading client conversations, contributing to new business opportunities, and building scalable affiliate programs from the ground up. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead the development of OGAKI’s TikTok Shop offering for prestige beauty clients · Support and grow existing ShopMy and affiliate marketing programs across client accounts · Develop strategic influencer affiliate programs designed to drive traffic, GMV, and conversion · Build and manage creator affiliate rosters across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms · Identify, recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with creators, affiliates, and talent managers · Develop affiliate seeding, sampling, incentive, and commission strategies tailored to client goals · Manage TikTok Shop Affiliate Center creator communications and affiliate activations · Partner closely with clients to develop social commerce roadmaps and performance strategies · Monitor affiliate and creator performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth · Analyze campaign performance metrics including GMV, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and affiliate attribution · Create client-facing reports, performance recaps, forecasts, and strategic recommendations · Collaborate with the Social and Paid Media teams to align influencer affiliate efforts with broader campaign objectives · Stay ahead of trends and platform updates across TikTok Shop, creator commerce, affiliate marketing, and social media · Support new business pitches and participate in prospective client meetings and presentations · Assist in developing internal processes, best practices, and scalable workflows for affiliate programming · Manage external affiliate and creator platform relationships as needed REQUIRED SKILLS · Deep expertise in TikTok Shop and influencer affiliate marketing · Strong understanding of creator-led commerce and social selling ecosystems · Experience managing affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and influencer campaigns from strategy through execution · Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills · Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to forecast, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations · Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment · Deep understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Substack · Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with creators, talent managers, and partners · Experience managing team members · Excellent written communication skills, including creative briefing and strategic presentation development · Knowledge of affiliate tracking, attribution, commissions, and creator incentive structures · Experience with affiliate and creator commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, ShopMy, LTK, Impact, ShareASale, Aspire, or similar tools · Proficiency in Google Suite and presentation software · Expe
