Who You Will Be Working With At PMG, our Influencer & Branded Content team is at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy, helping brands connect with audiences in authentic, meaningful ways. We craft high-impact influencer campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising, driving engagement, building brand affinity, and delivering measurable results across social, digital, and experiential platforms. You’ll collaborate with creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, and brand partners to develop and execute influencer marketing programs that seamlessly align storytelling with business objectives. A key focus will be scaling PMG’s influencer and creator marketing discipline—establishing frameworks, curating talent relationships, and setting standards for authenticity and effectiveness in alignment with brand goals. Your role will be instrumental in shaping how brands foster meaningful connections with their audiences. You will also play a key role in exploring new content formats, leveraging emerging platforms, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure creator strategies are not only relevant but also innovative and impactful. What You Will Be Doing Craft end-to-end full-scale influencer and branded content campaigns, including client briefing process, influencer identification, negotiations, publisher partnerships, activation, content approvals, and reporting and analytics Act as the internal liaison from initial briefing through to final delivery of assets that include deliverables such as: weekly calls with client and agency partners, setting agendas, updating status docs, reporting, gathering influencer and talent manager feedback, etc. Develop talent-based concepts across a range of Public Relations, event, marketing, and social media initiatives Oversee campaign-based or always-on influencer budgets and optimize spend based on business goals and objectives Update and maintain the Influencer database, talent rosters, and build relationships with talent agencies, networks, and influencer platforms to continuously develop talent resources Leverage knowledge of all social media platforms, both established and emerging. Track and synthesize ongoing trends in influencer marketing to ensure we are best in class Work alongside the Director of Influencer & Branded Content to build PMG's new offerings as well as train and develop internal practitioners to ensure the team's capabilities are evolving and staying ahead of the curve Oversee the strategy of key influencer marketing campaigns and maximize the efficiency and quality of the team to ensure all aspects of the campaign meet and exceed client expectations Communicate strategy, campaign status, and performance to senior-level clients via weekly calls, email exchanges, and in-person meetings Take an active role in new business opportunities, including writing RFP responses, developing pitch concepts, researching influencers, and contributing to pitch efforts Manage a team of Influencer team members The primary focus of this role is the Influencer & Branded Content channel, ensuring excellence in strategy, execution, and performance. However, responsibilities may extend across other media channels as needed to support broader campaign objectives and business priorities What You Will Bring 5+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content, including 2+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in content creation and influencer marketing strategy, driving impactful brand collaborations and campaign execution. Experience in contract review and proposal
