We’re Hiring: Influencer & Community Manager at Sophie Society! Sophie Society is looking for an experienced Influencer & Community Manager to support the growth of our TikTok Shop division. This is a full-time role focused on managing creator relationships and building engaged communities across multiple brands. You will work closely with the TikTok Shop Lead and play a key role in scaling our influencer operations. Role Overview You will own the full lifecycle of creator and affiliate relationships across 5–15 brands, including sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and retention. In addition, you will build and manage creator communities and ensure consistent engagement and performance. Key Details Position: Influencer & Community Manager Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (US or LATAM preferred) Salary: $1,500 – $3,000/month Responsibilities Influencer & Creator Management Source, recruit, and manage TikTok Shop creators and affiliates Handle outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management Write personalized outreach messages and build strong creator relationships Negotiate commission rates and manage product samples Track performance metrics such as GMV, content output, and engagement Identify and scale top-performing creators into long-term partnerships Community Building Build and manage creator communities (primarily on Discord) Run campaigns, challenges, and incentive programs Maintain consistent communication and engagement with creators Segment creators for targeted campaigns Coordinate Flash Sales and activate creators for promotions Platform & Operations Work across TikTok Shop, Discord, Instagram, and YouTube Use tools like Kalodata or Yuca for creator research Maintain accurate and organized creator tracking systems Support campaign execution and coordination Reporting & Collaboration Provide weekly updates on creator activity and performance Collaborate with internal teams across TikTok Shop and Amazon Support client communication related to creator programs Requirements Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or community building (portfolio, case studies, or references required) Fluent English (written and spoken) Experience working with TikTok creators or TikTok Shop Experience managing communities (Discord, Instagram, or similar) Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice to Have Spanish language skills Experience with e-commerce brands (Amazon, TikTok Shop, DTC) Familiarity with tools like Kalodata or Yuca Experience managing large creator programs (100+ creators) Experience with live shopping or livestream coordination Familiarity with Notion, Slack, or similar tools How to Apply Please Submit Your CV Examples of creator programs or communities you have managed Specific results (e.g. GMV, engagement, growth) Applications without proven experience will not be considered.
