Our ERP projects cover the gamut of typical implementation but we also support bespoke projects and specialty staffing needs covering: data cleanse, customizations, lift & shift, cloud & data migrations, M&A consolidations, Hypercare and Day 1 support. We are also globally partnered with some of some of the Top Accounting, Advisory and Audit firms. THE ROLE We have an existing client with a need for an Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Solution Architect with a strong background in upgrades from legacy Syteline to CSI. LOCATION / DURATION We are Infor preferred delivery partners so we do have a busy pipeline of projects across the Infor product line. This particular opportunity is 90% remote with occasional 1-2 day visits to Austin TX, We will prepay expenses related to these trips. Part-time candidates are welcome to apply. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Infor CSI (SyteLine) Solution Architect to spearhead our transition from legacy SyteLine environments to the latest version of CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) . You will be the technical and functional bridge, ensuring our business processes are optimized, our customizations are properly uplifted or re-engineered, and our data migration is seamless. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Mongoose framework , the complexities of ERP upgrades, and a proven track record of delivering scalable architectural solutions within the Infor ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Upgrade Strategy & Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for upgrading to the latest version of CSI, including environment strategy, extensibility uplift, and risk mitigation. Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs, ensuring alignment with CSI "best practices" to minimize future technical debt. Extensibility & Customization: Audit existing SyteLine customizations and determine the most efficient path forward—leveraging the Mongoose framework for new developments or replacing legacy code with standard CSI functionality. Data Migration & Governance: Lead the data mapping and migration efforts from legacy SyteLine versions to CSI, ensuring high data integrity and minimal downtime. Integration Architecture: Design and oversee integrations between CSI and third-party systems using Infor ION and API protocols. Technical Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert for SQL Server performance tuning, T-SQL development, and application troubleshooting. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to ensure the ERP solution supports long-term business scalability. Technical Qualifications ERP Expertise: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) , specifically versions 9.x and 10.x. Framework Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of the Mongoose Development Framework (IDOs, Forms, and Web Components). Database Skills: Strong mastery of SQL Server , including T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance optimization. Infor OS Experience: Hands-on experience with Infor ION , Ming.le , and IDM (Infor Document Management) . Upgrade Experience: At least two full-lifecycle SyteLine-to-CSI upgrade projects completed. Reporting: Experience with DataView, SSRS, or Infor Birst is highly preferred.
