As they continue to invest in operational efficiency and digital transformation, they are seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager to serve as the lead IT resource for their U.S. operations. This individual will oversee day-to-day IT operations, drive business technology initiatives, manage external IT vendors/MSP relationships, support ERP and infrastructure initiatives, and collaborate with international IT teams to align systems and strategy globally. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, vendor management, and business partnership experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Key Responsibilities & Requirements 5+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and cross-functional business initiatives Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure, networking, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and business systems support Ability to oversee and hold third-party Managed Service Providers (MSPs) accountable for service delivery and performance Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-service mindset Experience supporting ERP systems, databases, and system integrations; manufacturing ERP experience strongly preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with both domestic leadership teams and international/global IT counterparts Comfortable operating independently in a dynamic, hands-on environment with shifting priorities Experience developing or improving IT processes, controls, documentation, and user support procedures Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Additional experience with manufacturing automation, configurator programming, or industrial robotics is a plus
