Role Description Hedged Capital is seeking a full-time Information Technology Supervisor to join the team in a hybrid role based out of Phoenix, AZ, with the flexibility of some remote work. The IT Supervisor will oversee daily IT operations, including managing technical support activities, troubleshooting technology issues, and mentoring a team of IT professionals. The role involves ensuring seamless functioning of company systems, implementing technology solutions, and fostering a collaborative team environment to optimize performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Information Technology and Technical Support, with a solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently Experience in Team Leadership and Team Management, with the ability to mentor and guide IT team members Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Familiarity with AI-powered tools and trading systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Previous experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable
