We are seeking a 2nd Shift Setup Technician for our Injection Molding operation in our Elgin, IL regional headquarters plant! The Injection Molding Setup Technician executes plans and processes to produce high quality injection molded products for our durable, connectiviity solution. To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to: Setup, operate, and troubleshoot various injection molding machines at high efficiency Perform mold set-up and changes as required by production schedule Work with external tool shop for extensive repairs and maintenance Use basic tool shop equipment Perform all duties in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 Perform basic programming Servo robotic equipment and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the automation is operating efficiently Assist with setting up injection molding machines and all related auxiliary equipment Allow the manufacture of product that meets or exceeds the established quality levels Collaborate with engineering team to meet custo
