Grafton Inn - Night Auditor / Night Watch (Part-Time) The Grafton Inn is seeking a responsible, reliable, and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor/Night Watch.This part-time position plays a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and delivering exceptional service to every guest, every time.This role requires availability for 3rd shift (9:30 PM - 5:30 AM), including Friday and Saturdays and holidays.The position offers 16-24 hours per week.Experience is preferred but not required; we're happy to train the right candidate.Primary Responsibilities Guest Services Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor with all guests.Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate information, proper payment, and fulfillment of special requests.Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.Address guest concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.Night Audit & Administrative Duties Complete the inn's end-of-day audit process accurately and efficiently.Contact Springer Miller Customer Support if issues arise during the audit.Communicate important information, guest concerns, or incidents to the next shift and/or management.Safety, Security & Property Oversight Conduct scheduled night security and maintenance checks across all buildings.Ensure all buildings are secure and report any incidents to the appropriate personnel.Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and inn policies.General Duties Demonstrate punctuality and reliability for all scheduled shifts.Restock and maintain coffee stations, including preparing morning coffee before the end of the shift.Empty trash at coffee stations and perform light upkeep as needed.In the winter months, salt the walkways for guests & stock the wood in the lobby for the fireplaces.What We're Looking For Dependable, self-motivated individuals with strong attention to detail.A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout overnight hours.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Pay:$16.00 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours:16.0 per week Work Location:In person.
