Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Innkeeper to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of hotel management.As an Innkeeper, you will ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain the overall quality and efficiency of the property.Duties Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest relations, and housekeeping Supervise staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and resolve guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain high standards of hospitality and ensure compliance with safety regulations Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee overnight operations as needed Oversee hotel maintenance and ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations; supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience in front desk operations, night audit procedures, and guest services Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining hotel standards Previous resort or hotel experience highly desirable This position offers an opportunity to lead a small independent inn.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences while maintaining operational excellence.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$750.00 - $825.00 per week Benefits:Relocation assistance Work Location:In person.
