Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative | $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Job Summary We are seeking a driven, well-spoken and highly organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Ameritex Movers, a trusted moving company. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers, independently managing inbound sales inquiries, coordinating client communication, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the moving process. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of taking ownership of customer interactions while helping drive operational efficiency and overall client satisfaction. Duties Independently manage incoming calls, emails, and customer communications with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-oriented approach while maintaining a high standard of customer experience. Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and process. Convert leads into booked moves through clear communication and persuasive sales techniques. Identify opportunities to upsell services (packing, storage, premium packages). Maintain a high close rate and meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the move. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and ensure a seamless experience. Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in our CRM system. Experience Proven experience in inside sales or account management. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and empathy. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices combined with excellent customer service skills. Goal-driven individual with proven track record of following through with those goals Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work on weekends as needed. *Experience in the moving and relocation industry is a + but not required.
