Job Description
A compassionate, empathetic, enthusiastic, and results-driven sales professional. Does that describe you? Then please continue. Our family law and estate planning firm in Fairfax, Virginia is looking for an all-star salesperson to make a lasting impression on prospective clients, leaving them eager to work with our firm. THIS IS A 100% WORK FROM HOME/REMOTE WORK POSITION. The salesperson (known as our Client Services Coordinator) is someone who has a proven track record of successfully using a consultative sales approach to sell either professional services and/or high-ticket items. At the core of this position is the ability to genuinely connect with prospective clients and successfully convert them into new clients by creating urgency and effectively conveying the value of our services. Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required as the salesperson will not be giving legal advice. Any applicable industry-specific training will be provided. Our clients and prospects are dealing with an emotionally difficult time in their lives so you must be able to empathize, show compassion, and put them at ease. The salesperson is also responsible for delivering and ensuring a great client experience so previous customer service experience is absolutely critical to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience working with sales metrics and will be able to carefully and accurately track data to monitor and refine our sales funnel. Additionally, the salesperson will work closely with our intake team to improve our overall sales system. Following up with clients who don’t retain after the consultation is a very important step in our sales process. You must be intentional and consistent in your follow-up, and approach it with the same zeal as the initial consultation. Similarly, you must be comfortable addressing the prospective client’s objections and not shy away from any potential roadblocks you may face in closing the sale. The
