Job OverviewAs an Inside Sales / Counter Sales Associate specializing in Plumbing & Electrical Supplies! This energetic role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and drive sales.You'll be the friendly face and trusted advisor at our counter, helping customers find the right solutions for their projects while building lasting relationships.Duties Assist walk-in customers on plumbing and electrical products, ensuring they find exactly what they need Process sales, returns, and refund paperwork Loading and unloading materials for delivery or receiving purposes Pulling items needed to fill customers' orders Take phone orders Place received products in the appropriate areas of the warehouse, restock shelves Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse and delivery vehicles Job Type:Full-time Monday- Friday Hours 6:45-3:15 or 7:00-3:30 to be determined by management Stable hours Training provided Small team environment No weekends (if true) Benefits Requirements Proven experience within the plumbing or electrical supply industry is preferred but not mandatory Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients find the best solutions for their needs.Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical products or willingness to learn technical details quickly.This role offers an exciting chance to develop your sales expertise in a supportive environment that values energetic professionals committed to delivering exceptional service!
