The ideal candidate is a person that thrives in a fast-paced environment.You must be comfortable making & receiving dozens of calls per day, working with customers & vendors & be able to multi-task.Responsibilities Creating Sales Orders & Purchase Orders Communicating with Vendors & Customers Source materials Answer Incoming Calls & provide P/A to customers Interface with warehouse staff to find specific items & relay deadlines Qualifications Proven work experience in similar roles - industry Basic understanding of sales principles & customer service practices Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Basic math skills Familiarity with inventory procedures Ability to perform under pressure & address complaints in a timely manner Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $23.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
