Inside Sales Representative for a dental lab

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: North Carolina Salary: 55k-70k base plus commission Benefits: Full Benefits We are seeking an in-house, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to help grow our organization by building relationships with new dental practices. This role is ideal for someone proactive, relationship-driven, and motivated to expand client partnerships and drive business growth. Responsibilities Prospect and connect with new dental practices Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists and office managers Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into new accounts Track outreach efforts and sales opportunities using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding Participate in occasional travel as needed Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset Previous sales experience preferred - 2-5 years Experience with Beacon and HubSpot is preferred but not required
