Job Description
Inside Sales Representative Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a national leader in the Travel and Hospitality industry experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Inside Sales opportunity in Orlando, FL. This organization has been in business for over 25 years and has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business. Its focus is on a commitment to quality service for its clients and creating an awesome workplace for its employees to build a career. This is a stable longterm growth opportunity. The company has a very low attrition rate and On Target Earnings year one are $80k - $100k. After year one $100k+ is the minimum goal. Day-To-Day Daytime schedule Convert prospected leads into sales opportunities. All leads provided. Upsell base packages and offer promotions outlined by management to align with client needs and company goals. Maintain clear and accurate database client notes. Handle incoming and outgoing calls. Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures. Participate in ongoing professional sales training. Meet agent daily, monthly, and weekly sales revenue metrics. Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor Follow all company and department policies and procedures. Qualifications Inside sales experience preferred (Travel or Hospitality a plus) High school diploma or equivalent level of education. Highly motivated, self-starter attitude. Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively manage time, and a strong sense of urgency applied to all tasks. Basic data entry & note-taking skills with basic computer knowledge.
