Job Description
Inside Sales Representative Responsible for nurturing leads, increasing webinar attendance, and converting warm prospects into buyers for the company's core training programs and packages. This is a fast-paced, metric-driven opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys closing deals, and building strong customer relationships. Pay & Schedule: $17 - $18/hour + Commission In-person position Sunday Thursday: 12:00PM 8:00PM Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Job Requirements & Duties: Follow up with new leads, existing prospects, and cold leads to generate sales opportunities. Must have 2 year's experience inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Communicating with leads before webinars to boost attendance and reduce no-shows Use approved scripts to overcome objections and close sales Follow up with webinar attendees who did not purchase Re-engage no-shows and schedule them for future webinars Guide warm prospects through the purchasing process for training programs and packages Maintain accurate notes and activity updates in CRM systems Track influenced sales, conversions, and daily outreach activity Participate in daily huddles and weekly performance reviews Consistently meet sales goals, quotas, and KPIs Strong communication skills via phone, Zoom, text, and email Confident handling objections and closing deals Knowledge of sales pipelines, lead qualifications, and follow-up strategies Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
