About the Role: We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our client base in the aggregate supply and logistics space across Maryland. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive on the phone and email, organized with quoting, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in handling inbound inquiries, generating new business, and coordinating closely with operations and vendors to deliver excellent service. What You’ll Do: Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries quickly and professionally Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups Prepare and manage quotes for aggregate materials and trucking services Build relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers Coordinate with vendors and trucking partners to fulfill orders Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activity Support the Business Development team in closing deals Stay informed on local market pricing and demand What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or logistics experience Strong communication skills (phone, email, and follow-up) Ability to multitask and manage multiple quotes/orders simultaneously Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Experience: Background in construction, aggregates, or trucking/logistics Experience with quoting or pricing services Familiarity with CRM systems What We Offer: Competitive base salary + bonus opportunities Growth path into Business Development or Account Management Supportive, team-driven culture [Add benefits: health insurance, PTO, etc.]
