Job Description
Our client has been serving the Carolinas by providing plumbing supplies, luxury plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinets, and door hardware from some of the most reputable brands and manufacturers in the industry. As one of the few independent plumbing supply organizations in the upstate, they're looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team in Greenville, South Carolina. What You’ll Do: Build relationships with new and existing customers Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries Identify customer needs and recommend the right ProSource solutions Manage a sales pipeline and hit/exceed monthly activity goals Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through close Requirements: 4+ years of Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience in Plumbing Hybrid between inbound customer service / outbound calling to current clients Strong communication and relationship-building skills A self-starter with a competitive mindset What We Offer: Base salary + uncapped commission ($80k+ OTE) Full benefits package Clear career progression with opportunities to grow Supportive, team-oriented environment Ongoing training and professional development
