Position:Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation:Irvine, CA (In-Office)Job Type:Full-Time (In Office)OPENERS and CLOSERS WANTED - Hourly Commission BonusesUnlimited Income Potential Competitive Environment Top Performers Earn BigAbout the Company:Resolved Tax Relief is not your typical tax resolution firm.We are a BBB Accredited company serving individuals and businesses nationwide with a wide range of IRS and State tax issues.Our mission is to provide clients with a clear start and real solutions when it comes to tax debt.With millions of Americans facing back taxes and financial pressure, our team is committed to delivering professional guidance, structured case management, and measurable results.We work alongside Tax Attorneys, Enrolled Agents, and CPAs to ensure every client receives proper representation and support.We are growing and actively looking for strong sales professionals to join our Irvine office.We're Looking For:Ambitious and motivated Sales Agents who want to bring value and grow within a performance-driven company.If you are driven by high income potential and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment, we are eager to see what you can bring to our team.About the Role:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping clients resolve serious tax issues.You will act as a trusted advisor, conducting discovery calls, reviewing financial and tax details, and enrolling clients into investigation and resolution programs.You will work with inbound leads and scheduled follow-ups while being supported by leadership, CRM systems, and a structured training program designed to set you up for success.This is a consultative sales role.The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, professional, strong at building trust, and motivated by performance-based earnings.Responsibilities:Handle inbound leads and manage your pipeline Follow up with web inquiries and scheduled callbacks Identify tax problems and properly pre-qualify prospects Present investigation and resolution services Enroll qualified clients into programs Utilize CRM software (IRS Logics experience preferred) Maintain consistent follow-up and client communication Build and maintain long-term client relationships Qualifications:Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable discussing financial situations Professional, dependable, and accountable Strong time management and organizational skills Positive attitude and competitive mindset Proficient computer skills Tax resolution experience is a plus but not required.We provide training, but you must bring consistency, discipline, and a strong work ethic.Compensation:Unlimited Earnings Potential.Your income is directly tied to your selling ability.There is no commission cap.Base Pay:$16.90 per hour (Full-Time, 40 hours per week)Commission:Average monthly commission potential $12,000 - $17,000+Highly motivated representatives with strong determination and sales ability can earn up to $240,000 annually.Additional Compensation May Include:Uncapped commission structure Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses Paid Training Growth opportunities within the company Average first-year reps:$60,000+Experienced reps:$100,000+Top performers:$200,000per yearWork Location:In person Job Type:Full-time Pay:$60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
