About the Role A growing industrial equipment company in Novi, MI is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Fulfillment Team.This role is key to supporting our customers by managing orders, quotes, and inquiries for replacement parts of specialized filtration equipment.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities Process quotes, orders, and invoices through our ERP system (Sage) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and video calls Track orders, provide accurate shipping and delivery information Manage returns and resolve order complications efficiently Handle accounts receivable tasks, including prepayments and credit card processing Maintain customer records and communications in our CRM system Collaborate closely with internal teams and global suppliers Support the service department with quotes and order processing Other related duties as assigned Qualifications 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution Experience using ERP systems (Sage experience a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable engaging with customers via video calls Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient multitasker Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/German is a plus Job Type:Full-time Pay:Up to $24.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Experience:Customer Service:5 years (Required) Work Location:In person.
