Inside Sales Representative Location:Henrietta, NYCompensation:$20.00 per hour plus performance-based incentives (target earnings of $55,000-$80,000 annually) Join the Archery Industry with The Outdoor Group Are you passionate about archery and bowhunting? The Outdoor Group (TOG) is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Henrietta, NY.In this role, you'll represent some of the most respected brands in archery including Elite Archery, Altra Arrows, Scott Archery, Custom Bow Equipment, and Slick Trick.This position is ideal for someone who loves the archery industry and enjoys working directly with customers, helping them select the right equipment, answering product questions, and delivering great brand experience.We offer a relaxed, down-to-earth team environment where a passion for the outdoors is shared across the organization.While this is an in-office role, our culture reflects the industry we serve--collaborative, authentic, and far from a traditional corporate setting.Position Summary This role is responsible for promoting TOG brands while supporting consumers and retail partners from our Henrietta, NY office.The position focuses primarily on engaging with consumers, providing product expertise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and ensuring a positive experience with TOG products.This individual acts as a knowledgeable resource for archers and bowhunters by answering product questions, recommending equipment solutions, and explaining the features and benefits of TOG products.Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for consumers seeking information about TOG products including Elite Archery bows, Scott Archery releases, Custom Bow Equipment accessories, Altra Arrows, and Slick Trick broadheads.Provide product recommendations and technical guidance to help consumers select equipment that best fits their skill level, hunting style, and shooting goals.Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper use while reinforcing TOG's reputation for quality.Assist consumers with troubleshooting, warranty inquiries, and general product support.Support dealers and retail partners by answering product questions and assisting with customer referrals when needed.Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to ensure accurate product information and strong customer support.Maintain records of customer interactions in the company CRM system and capture feedback on product performance, preferences, and market trends.Stay current on archery equipment, hunting trends, and industry developments.Maintain professional relationships with customers, coworkers, and leadership while upholding company values.Answer incoming calls from dealers and consumers, providing product information, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service.Manage and respond to customer service emails in a timely and professional manner.Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.Qualifications 2years of experience in inside sales, customer service, retail, or pro-shop environments (or equivalent experience).Experience in the archery, bowhunting, or outdoor sporting goods industry strongly preferred.Retail archery shop or pro shop experience is highly valued.Experience supporting dealer networks or retail partners is a plus.Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage customer interactions and sales activity.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to explain technical product features and recommend equipment solutions.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with a passion for archery and the outdoors.Passionate archers or bowhunters with strong product knowledge are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet every listed qualification.Working Conditions Location:Henrietta, NY (in-office position) Travel:Occasional travel for meetings, trade shows, and industry events Hours:Standard business hours with flexibility as needed Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):Are you able to commute to West Henrietta, NY or willing to relocate to the Rochester metro area?
