Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in West Hollywood for an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will actively engage with clients to understand their needs, manage customer accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities will include generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and assisting with the sales process to meet or exceed company sales targets. Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential to excel in this role. Qualifications Expertise in Inside Sales and experience with Lead Generation Proven ability in Customer Service and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in Account Management and building client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Familiarity with the design industry and related sales processes is a plus Previous experience in a similar sales role is advantageous
