Position Details Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Smyrna, DE Pay: Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses Responsibilities Calling and following up with incoming leads Answering customer questions and providing quotes Scheduling jobs and managing calendars Sending invoices and collecting payments Following up on unsold estimates and open invoices Communicating with customers professionally by phone, text, and email Working inside our CRM systems to keep everything organized and efficient Helping create a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales experience is a plus, but not required Motivated, dependable, and coachable Someone who enjoys helping customers and being part of a winning team Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Why Wash Works? This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking, and spending a large portion of the day on phone calls, customer follow-ups, scheduling, and handling customer concerns in a fast-paced environment. Are you comfortable doing this full-time? Are you able to consistently work 40 hours per week, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and occasionally handle additional calls, follow-ups, or extended hours when needed?
