Sales Representative (Hybrid) - Spring Hill, TN We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities.This is a hybrid role based in Spring Hill, TN, combining office time with remote flexibility.Compensation $36,400 base salary 7% commission on sales Typical Year 1 earnings:$65,000-$95,000 High performers can exceed $150,000 annually Commission is uncapped What You'll Do Manage inbound sales inquiries and follow up on warm leads Prospect and develop new customer relationships Maintain ongoing relationships with repeat customers Track opportunities and customer communication in our CRM Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth fulfillment Learn our products, customers, and sales process deeply What We're Looking For 1-3 years of sales, customer success, or account management experience Comfortable talking to customers on the phone and via email Organized, responsive, and follow-up oriented Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Local to Spring Hill, TN (or willing to commute) Nice to Have B2B sales experience Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Background in operations, logistics, or technical products Automotive industry knowledge Why This Role Clear commission structure and real earning upside Growing company with room to advance Direct impact on revenue and customer relationships No corporate red tape Pay:$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits:Paid training Work Location:Hybrid remote in Spring Hill, TN 37174.
