The Opportunity:Grow Your Career in Food Ingredients This role is the critical first step in our sales pipeline, designed to give you a deep understanding of the food industry and our ingredient solutions.As a member of the sales team, you will be focusing on lead generation and prospecting for new accounts.You'll also have an opportunity to work with existing leads to offering ingredient solution services.Lead Generation & Prospecting:Focus on researching and generating new accounts to expand Osage's client base.Ingredient Solutions:Engage with existing leads offering our marketing and sourcing services for food ingredients.Sales Support:Work with sales team to support various functions within sales cycle Career Path:This position offers an opportunity to transition into specialized sales of functional ingredients, including flavors and food ingredients.Your growth potential is unlimited! A Day in the Life at Osage You will be trained and mentored by a team with over 200 years of combined industry experience, ensuring you have all the tools for success.Connect with prospects and existing customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and additional platforms to uncover new leads Participate in training with various product managers to gain complete understanding of specialty ingredients and ingredient solutions Clearly promote Osage's comprehensive portfolio of ingredient solutions Aid in project coordination and sales support:Manage follow-ups, proactively track all project related communications and tasks, and coordinate with sales team to deliver solutions Oversee the request, tracking, and delivery of product samples Manage and process all necessary documentation requests and ensure that all paperwork is accurate and up to date Update CRM with current project timelines and milestones while keeping stakeholders clued in on progress and potential issues Manage and grow relationships with new accounts and assist in identifying new leads Why Join the Osage Team?
