Company Description L an D Sustainability is a full-service manufacturers representative specializing in providing tailored lighting and electric vehicle (EV) solutions for diverse applications. We work closely with contractor and distribution partners to deliver comprehensive services, including photometric layouts, control overlays, commissioning, site visits, and specifications. Our expertise spans a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, heavy industrial, highmast, human-centric, and acoustic applications. At L an D Sustainability, we are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that meet client needs efficiently. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the opportunity for some remote work. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing technical product information, supporting sales strategies, and contributing to business development efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including effectively managing sales pipelines and identifying new business opportunities. Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Experience in the lighting or EV solutions industry is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
