Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for a Greensboro-based opportunity.This is a great fit for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys working in a team-driven, sales-support environment.Position Details:Pay:$14.90 - $18.50 per hour Schedule:Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts Location:Greensboro, NC Key Responsibilities:Enter customer orders received via phone and email into the ERP system Maintain and update customer account records Support account growth through cross-selling, upselling, and add-on sales Partner closely with outside sales representatives to expand existing accounts and generate new business Required Experience:3years of customer service experience 1year of inside sales experience Strong phone etiquette and computer skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred (but not required):Technical knowledge of woodworking tools or similar products Education Requirement:High School Diploma or equivalent #MD1 Job Type:Full-time Pay:$15.00 - $18.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Sales support:3 years (Preferred) Microsoft Excel:3 years (Preferred) Technical sales:1 year (Preferred) Salesforce:3 years (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
