As an Insider, you will be the friendly face behind the counter, expertly handling food preparation, cashiering, and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food items efficiently while maintaining quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Manage food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining a clean, organized café or restaurant environment Support sales goals through effective upselling techniques and attentive service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafes, or retail food outlets preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in restaurant or retail environments within the food industry is desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and sales transactions Join us as an Insider if you’re passionate about delivering top-notch service in a lively setting!
