The Role You’ll manage end-to-end research projects (quant & qual), ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and insight-led. Key responsibilities Oversee projects from kick-off to delivery Ensure quality across questionnaires, data, and reports Turn data into clear, actionable insights and present to clients Manage multiple projects and deadlines Support and mentor junior team members Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic outcomes About You 3-4 years’ experience in market research / insights Strong project management across quant and/or qual Confident in client-facing, consultative roles Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and storytelling skills Proactive, curious, and commercially minded
