Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform installations of plumbing systems, including water lines, sewer lines, fixtures, and appliances for residential and commercial customers. Accurately diagnose plumbing issues during installation projects and recommend the best solutions. Clearly explain diagnoses and repair or installation options to customers in a professional, polite manner. Maintain thorough and accurate records of work performed using company-provided technology. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors to ensure job success. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency installation needs as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites and in company vehicles. Qualifications: Licensed Plumber (required). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber, with a focus on installation work. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to customers clearly and politely. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend effective solutions. Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
