To developing offshore wind power 66kV accessory and 500KV accessory business in 2026, we need enhance the installation capability and we are looking for a new member to join us. GETTING A FLYING START As an Installation Supervision, you'll coordinate installation work at the installation site, including communication between the factory, installation team, on-site construction cooperation, supervise the execution of installation process requirements during the accessories installation. How You Make An Impact 1、Guide and supervise the process execution of the installation process; 2、Regular training for installation teams; 3、Communicate the coordination and cooperation work on the installation site: 4、Cooperate with the technical department to continuously improve the product; YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN Education:High school or technical secondary school education or above Experience: At least three years of experience in installing accessories Skill: 1、Good communication and coordination skills; 2、Familiar with and proficient in various operational skiIls required in the installation process of cable accessories, including cable handling, shielding layer polishing, lead sealing, and assembly 3、Ability to perform high-altitude operations
