About Us The Guys With Drills is a Florida-based installation firm specializing in millwork, fixtures, and finish installations across multifamily, commercial, and high-end residential projects.We partner with general contractors and manufacturers to deliver dependable field execution, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving.We are currently seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead our installer teams in the field and support ongoing and upcoming projects.Position Overview The Installation Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, coordinate installer crews, and serve as a key link between the field, project management, and clients.This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and experience across multiple construction segments.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate installer crews across multiple job sites Ensure installations are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Review drawings, scopes of work, and installation details with crews Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and site superintendents Track progress, manpower, and site issues using project management software Enforce safety procedures and company standards Assist with punch lists, closeout activities, and quality control Communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members Required Qualifications Proven experience supervising installation or finish trades in:Multifamily, Commercial & High-end residential projects Keen eye for quality and extremely high attention to detail Strong understanding of millwork, casework, and fixture installations Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Trello, or similar platforms Bilingual:fluent in English and Spanish (required) Ability to read and interpret drawings and installation details Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel between job sites as needed OSHA 30 certification A Can-Do attitude Pay:$950.00 - $1,250.00 per week Benefits:Employee discount Professional development assistance Experience:Supervising:2 years (Preferred) Millwork Installations:2 years (Required) Language:both English and Spanish (Required) License/Certification:OSHA 30 certification (Preferred) Willingness to travel:100% (Required) Work Location:Hybrid remote in Naples, FL 34114.
