Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Installer/Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! This energetic role combines the excitement of delivering and installing Dish Washers, Range/Ovens, Microwaves with providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, accurately delivering to customer locations, and efficiently installing products to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks and other delivery vans to transport products to various locations Load and unload items using equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and manual lifting techniques Deliver products to customers’ homes or business sites, ensuring timely and accurate arrivals Install, assemble, or set up products at customer locations according to company standards and specifications Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, demonstrating product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction during delivery and installation Follow route schedules precisely, managing multiple deliveries efficiently throughout the day Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and safety records Qualifications Proven experience as a appliance installer and delivery driver or courier with knowledge of route driving and navigation skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience creativity operating a box truck or sprinter van. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform manual tasks such as moving or heavy lifting safely Warehouse experience is a plus, especially familiarity with equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is advantageous Ability to work independently while following safety protocols and company policies Join us in delivering excellence!
