WE ARE HIRING - INSTALLERS & LABORERSBased in Gladstone, MO Travel Required Next Generation Recreation is a family-owned company that provides commercial playground equipment, site amenities, outdoor sports equipment, shelters, surfacing, and other park and playground products for cities, schools, childcare centers, HOAs, and apartment communities.We are growing our installation team and looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to be part of building great projects for communities across the region.This position requires regular travel throughout Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.Transportation and lodging are provided by the company.During peak months, you can expect to be home at least one day a week, and during off-peak months, at least two days a week.What you'll do Install commercial playground and park equipment Perform general labor, assembly, and site work Read and follow plans and installation instructions Work safely and help keep projects on schedule Represent the company professionally on job sites What we're looking for Construction or general labor experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to perform heavy physical work and work outdoors Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required Reliable transportation to and from the office Punctual, dependable, organized, and professional Experience pulling trailers is a plus Carpentry, concrete, foundation, shelter, pavilion, or similar construction experience is a plus Must be able to pass background and drug testing Pay & perksPay is based on experience and construction knowledge.$18 to $25 per hour, plus overtime, prevailing wage and mileage when applicable.Company tools, transportation, and lodging are provided.Apply nowSend your resume or work history to:Installations@nextgenerationrecreation.com Pay:$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Professional development assistance Safety equipment provided Tools provided Ability to Commute:Kansas City, MO 64118 (Required) Willingness to travel:75% (Required) Work Location:On the road.
