Instructional Systems Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer III to create and implement effective learning programs and materials. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and create training products Develop instructional strategies and materials for various delivery methods, ensuring compliance with guidelines Research and compile data for instructional material development and assist in creating technology-based learning solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field 4-6 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience Experience with eLearning design and development, including adult learning theory Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and other instructional design tools Familiarity with US Navy AIM II Learning Object Module (LOM) is preferred
